THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Domain Solutions had worked in the past with Birmingham City University on 'joined-up' software processes that enable other companies in the West Midlands to improve their IT implementations.

They applied for funded academic consultancy, to take this process further and developing a number of off-the-shelf tools e.g. for issue tracking, and customer relationship tracking etc.

This was specifically spent on Human Factors studies, whole lifecycle management, review of the implementation plan and integrations and extend to business aspects in terms of market surveys etc.
